Creative Tool Offers Guidance and Inspiration

The new year offers an ideal time for self-reflection, and the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI) can reveal the state of one’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. This Jungian-based assessment tool uses a comprehensive system of symbols, colors and mandalas to uncover one’s truest and deepest feelings and inner knowings about any subject, issue, person or decision.
Symbols play an important role in MARI because it is believed that they are so much a part of us that we make mental connections with them that are not often conscious. MARI Practitioner Betsey Grady says, “Our psyche communicates in symbols, which are the oldest form of language.”
Grady believes MARI is unlimited in what it can unearth, from life-changing insights to personal validation, plus physical discoveries such as severe dehydration and the beginning stages of disease. “I have seen MARI reveal old wounds that are no longer a burden, a deep relationship with the divine, to stay in a relationship or not and how to navigate it either way. You can literally see the stages of life that you are currently working, how you are handling them and confidently know the way to move through these stages and into the next ones.”
