One Year Anniversary for the Mobile Bay Maker’s Market

Located in Fairhope along the Eastern Shore of Mobile
Bay, Mobile Bay Maker’s Market showcases local area creators, makers and
growers every other Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year’s open-air market
is family friendly and pet friendly. Live music from local artists serenades
attendees walking along this picturesque venue and a variety of different food
trucks are on hand to get a belly full.
Vendors range from handcrafted jewelry, tie
dyed outfits, leather works, unique crafts, soaps, baked goods, pet products,
fresh produce, plants, herbs, herbal remedies and locally brewed kombucha.
“The goal
of starting the Mobile Bay Maker’s Market was to provide the Fairhope community
with the opportunity to shop and support local entrepreneurs. What better setting
than in the South Park at Fairhope Pier, where you can shop, eat, listen to
music and enjoy a day along the bay,” says Amanda Webb, Fairhope-born organizer
and owner of Wild Magnolia Kombucha. “We are so thankful for the City of
Fairhope and the local community members who have supported us this past year.
We are always working on improving the market, month after month, and adding
new vendors to showcase.”
The market
will have a one-year anniversary celebration at both the June 5 and June 19, 2022,
markets.
