"Sunflower Café offers a unique dining experience you

owner of Fairhope Health Foods, Virginia’s Health Foods and two Sunflower Café
locations. “At Sunflower Café, our servers are outstanding and we put love and
care into curating fresh, nourishing dishes that have customers coming back for
more. We create daily specials and sides always keeping vegan, vegetarian and
gluten-free dishes in mind.”
Sunflower Café has always been a forerunner in offering a healthy menu with a variety of options to its discerning customers. Knowledgeable staff at both locations (Fairhope and Mobile) often navigate food sensitivities to personalize each delicious dish. The best available natural, organic and local ingredients are used to prepare every meal. Gluten-free, non-GMO, no MSG and vegan options are all top of mind at Sunflower Café. Some of the favorites include the Turkey Avocado Melt, Sesame Ginger Stir Fry, Sunflower Salad, Falafel Wrap or Greek Veggie Wrap, just to name a few. Menu choices include the option of substituting meats for vegan options such as tempeh and tofu.
On chilly
winter days, patrons often choose from delicious organic homemade soups such as
chicken noodle, butternut squash, cream of mushroom, tomato basil, chili or she
crab soup. And don’t forget to save room for dessert or a treat! Ginger
blueberry muffins are always in high demand, but the gateau cakes are
exquisite. The café serves them gluten-free with raspberry puree on top.

Fairhope Café is open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Mobile
location is open Monday through Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and, back by
popular demand, Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
