Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy

Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy has a lot to
offer students at every level, including a yoga room with top of the line air
purification and sanitation equipment, hypoallergenic Zebra yoga floors and
beautiful changing rooms with shower facilities. “From the very beginner
interested in finding out more about yoga to advanced practitioners who have
practiced extensively, we want to encourage each and every one of our students,
wherever they may be on their path,” says Shoshana Treichel, Owner and Director
of Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy in Mobile.
Yoga for Everyone
New members can start a yoga journey with a 30-day
trial membership for just $49, whether new to yoga or experienced. Treichel
emphasizes that yoga classes are safe spaces where nobody will be staring at or
judging anyone else. The instructors guide participants with compassion and
respect. “All of our classes are suitable for beginners yet challenging enough
for advanced practitioners. Anyone of any size, shape, condition or background
can do the variety of yoga offered at Above and Beyond.”
Dry Salt Therapy

Salt Therapy has been used for thousands of years to reduce stress and detoxify the respiratory system. “It can help with the symptoms of allergies, asthma, COPD snoring, sleep apnea, sinusitis, bronchitis, colds, flu and more,” says Treichel. “In a salt therapy session, we infuse the air with pulverized medical grade salt. All you do is sit back and breathe it in. It can have you breathing better than you have in years.”
New members
can take advantage of a Salt Therapy Trial Membership for $69.
