Her business, Press & Co. is Olde Towne Daphne’s newest café and cold pressed juicer and offers a delicious approach to healthy eating in a vibrant setting.  Press & Co. is all about providing accessible, delicious and nutritious meal options that support a healthier way of living.

When Cox travels, she enjoys locating restaurants with fantastic food (that doesn’t make her feel bad afterwards) served in an atmosphere that exudes positive vibes. These interactions over the years are what motivated her to cultivate a place in her own community where people could make the right choice when it comes to food and still enjoy time in a happening spot with good vibes. She loves that people can leave in a better mood than when they arrived.

Cox has committed her energy to inspiring others to heal their bodies from the inside out to reap benefits similar to what she has personally felt. She has accepted that well-being doesn’t happen overnight and requires an ongoing commitment. Kimberly shares, “The road to a better you won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
