This workshop by guest teacher Ruth O'Donnell focuses on restoring our natural movement patterns. Ruth has been working with athletes, yoga students and teachers, and people from all walks of life to help them improve their balance and stability through playful yet challenging foot and lower limb work. Learn exercises to increase fine motor control and coordination. The class is designed to help humans improve foot and lower limb function, develop resilience in their movement patterns and prevent injury. Expect a fun interactive class with guided activities aimed at restoring balance and coordination while enhancing strength and stability.
