The Southern Institute of Natural Health (SINH), in Ocean Springs, is offering 20 percent off their online mini courses until May 31 (regularly $100-125). Course options include Animal Iridology, Aromatherapy, Wellness Coaching and Herbal Basics. In-person herbalism, naturopathy and iridology classes and certification programs will begin in Ocean Springs in the Fall.

“2020 began with some major changes in the way we all think, work, play, pray and study. Many of us have learned Zoom or GoToMeeting in order to attend church or virtual cocktail parties with friends and colleagues,” says teacher and Naturopath Betty Sue O’Brian. “The Southern Institute of Natural Health has been offering online courses and mini classes for over six years, so we are experienced, set up and waiting for you to come study with us.”

SINH’s major areas of study include traditional naturopathy (a Holistic Health Practitioner course on natural health care); herbalism (the identification, preparation and usage of herbs for health improvement, prevention and longevity), Reams Testing (a scientific measurement of health using lab equipment to test bodily fluids) and iridology for humans and animals (an analysis of the eyes in relation to a person’s health).
