Audi Balcom, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), recently opened Sunshine Holistic Massage & Yoga in Fairhope, Alabama, providing holistic massage and a yoga practice space. After living abroad with her family on several military deployments in Europe, she has become extremely passionate about maintaining wellness for herself and her clients. She likes to say, “Let the sun shine on your well-being!”

Balcom believes the only way to deliver massage is the holistic way. She received her certification as an aromatherapist in Syros, Greece. She is trained in reflexology, Thai herbal, deep tissue and beyond. She has over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. She received her RYT training at the Asheville Yoga Center and is a member of the Yoga Alliance. She enjoys teaching Yin Yoga on an individual basis and one of her dreams is to deliver her holistic massages while overlooking Mobile Bay.

Alongside her massage and yoga business, Balcom runs a family-owned soap and candle company, Sunshine Bath Co. Balcom sources the goat milk locally from Fairhope Farm and uses only natural ingredients in all the handmade products, which can be found in local shops around Fairhope (such as Fairhope Health Foods) as well as online and at local craft shows. In addition to running both businesses, she is a military spouse and mother of two children. She has traveled the world and hopes to continue her passion for making clean skincare while providing a better way of self-care through massage and yoga for her family and her clients.
